Missy Townley Harris did an excellent job. She went above and beyond what a realtor should do. Living out of town and selling a property in Wall, not to mention updating inside and out, was a daunting task. Without Missy's help, we could not have done it. She was involved in every decision and did most of the on ground, leg work. She scheduled contractors and met them at the house, as well as, kept an eye on the projects. When my fiance, (now husband), and I were looking for our first house after just moving to Texas, we were referred to Missy. From the start of the first meeting she listened to everything we wanted and needed in a house to make it a home. We have lots of animals and when we found our home it was perfect for our fur babies, from the huge backyard to the work shed for my husband. Although we went through many financing struggles, Missy was there to help with it all. No matter how many times our closing date was extended or how many new requirements were needed to close, she was there to talk us through it....even in the dead of night when we were worried about losing the house. She made sure to see us through all the way to the finish line and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect realtor to help us find the perfect home to start our family. 100/100 recommend her and if we ever need another home we will definitely be requesting her again. Missy's expertise in the Tom Green Co. market was evident from our first meeting. She provided a detailed analysis of market trends, not only in San Angelo, but the surrounding areas that had properties in the scope and size of mine which included a lot of acreage.Throughout the home-selling process, Missy was incredibly communicative. She is prompt in answering calls and emails and kept me informed about development and next steps. Her ability to clearly explain complex contract details and typical selling practices was particularly helpful. Missy stood out with her personalized approach. She took the time to understand the emotions and the wishes of my father-who designed and built the home. Missy provided support beyond just the transaction. After moving my parents into a retirement community, I was overwhelmed with having to completely remove the remaining belongings and then clean the house. Missy personally went through the home giving me advice on the bet way to handle most of the belongings. She spent an afternoon helping me pack up the entire kitchen into boxes for charity and arranged for a cleaning service to clean the entire home for me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Missy to anyone seeking to buy or sell a home. Her dedication to her clients was evident in how she went out of her way to listen to my elderly father's opinion and provide the most workable resolution for all parties involved.

Missy was challenged to sell a residential and commercial property in Lakeview when real estate got tough after the feds began raising interest rates. She held bi-weekly open houses for several months until we found the right buyers. These properties posed some challenges and constant communications were needed. Missy was always there to answer questions. Both properties are behind us now so we can go about our normal lives. Missy was a total professional and worked hard to complete the sale from start to finish. Great job!
